Richard Gerver is a world-renowned expert on human leadership and organisational transformation. Richard Gerver - Writing Highly in demand, Richard Gerver has published a number of highly successful industry books, using some of the same research used in his speeches and courses. They draw on his own experience in education and reflect on the comparisons with business. His first book, Creating Tomorrow’s School Today (2014), looks at how a good education can help children growing up in an increasingly complex and worrying world and how we can improve education to match the current environment. He followed this up with Simple Thinking (2016), which looks into the idea that in such a busy world, we often feel confused, angry and alone.
